I'm also 24 and live in Upstate New York, near and around Utica.
I'd love to make a new friend. 🙂 I've never known anyone from the area with an interest in tickling so it would be nice to chat. Here's a pretty bad picture of me outside a wal-mart, lol. I do have a girlfriend so I'm not on the prowl but would still love to chat.
