Urgent Help Needed Regarding Waterpik

So I've heard these electric flossers are supposed to be THE premier tickle tool, and it seems the Waterpik FLA 220 tickles the most? Is this correct? Second thing I need clarity on, is there appears to be 2 different versions of the model? I will provide links below -- they both appear to be listed as FLA 220, however they appear to have some differences. I need to know with 100 percent certainty which one will tickle the most.
