What are the limits to creating/changing usernames? (character limit or incompatible characters)

Usernames can be between 3 and 15 characters. As far as permitted characters, you can use essentially anything on the keyboard, including accented letter, spaces, and punctuation. There may be a few things the system forbids (for example, I am not sure if ^ or % would be allowed), but I know that exclamation marks and spaces are permitted.

And, of course, if you are changing a username you cannot change it to one that is already in use.

Your name is changed. The font weight (bold or otherwise) is a constant, so I cannot make it bolder.
