Why do people complain about something free?

Because a lot of people expect producers to be falling over themselves to serve them.

While you would hope that a producer trying to sell their clips would put out the best preview possible, some people are never happy, and since the TMF can be an anonymous place, they can bitch and moan without fear of repercussions.

Thanx for posting. Usually, I'd agree with you guys - but the first preview of this video didn't have any tickling in it (or only about 1.5 seconds without any laughter). So I think we could give the guy a break - whoever it was asking for this.
After all it's in the best interest of the producer as well to present his product in the best possible light.
After the first preview I couldn't care less, now I'm at least considering to buy the video.

It's all good there, young yo-men...I put up a crappy preview, I rushed it, in my excitement I erred. No big deal, we just put up a new one. And I hope you like the new one. Chloe is my second favorite of all times.
