SITE DOESN'T WORK

At least the pay per view clips do not. Rather than getting a whole membership to a brand new site (read: very little content) I decided to check out the pay per view clips. That way I only pay for what I want...foot tickling. Well they took my money just fine but the links they gave me to download the clips do not work. I get the same error you get when a Yahoo group's bandwidth is used up. Hello? I'm paying for these clips...this is not a free site. To the owner of the site I apologize for speaking out here on the forum but I could find no other way of contacting you to see about either getting what I paid for or getting my money back. I responded to the email that my link and password was sent in but I'm pretty sure that's just an automated email and not an account that a human being reads.

NOTE: These comments and others are retracted below after getting a response...please read on. The threads have been combined to keep everything in one place. Site is fine. You can feel safe in checking it out.

Yes Dallas you are correct i used a credit card to download a file instead of becoming a member and the password I was sent simply did not work and I too did not want to say anything here but there is no way to contact her site as my email was returned as a wrong address.
Id advise anybody not to join or download anything from them until they get their act together.
 
I've copied this thread here so others will see it. I'll investigate and let folks know what I'm able to find out.

Ouch, bad start for Veronique.

Hopefully she can fix this problem, I'm assuming those that had problems wrote her right?

As in her looking ticklish... well she's one of those types of ticklees that doesn't laugh or giggle but that seems she's in agony.
I know of few of you guys have met such gals.
Not really my type of gal but Veronique loves it so she stated and opened her own website. As long as she loves being tickled, I think I could get over her agony response to being tickled. It's different and I knew a gal or two like that in the real world.

Though I'm still old fashion, good ole laughing and giggling kinda gal gets my heart all warm. 😉

I would have if there was some contact information somewhere on the site! I followed contact links to the people that handled the billing and put in my order number and requested a "cancellation" but that might only apply to site membership, not clip purchasing.

I can understand if a site is brand new and is having technical difficulties but the one thing a company needs to have in place no matter what is a way to contact them. Not having that is unacceptable.

update

After posting the above I just checked my email and the one and only attempt I could make to reach the site owners bounced back with a delay message. Again, since there was no contact info provided anywhere on the clip site nor Veronique's main site I did he only thing I could do which was to reply to the email that my non-working download links were sent in, and I'm sure that's not a person-operated email. it's probably just an automated web page script that generates that.

May have found a way to contact Veronique about the site not working.

Okay I managed to do a little detective work and found an email address through French Tickling's site (who are the same people that do Veronique's site). It is [email protected]. In all fairness to Veronique's site, I will partially retract my statement about there not being contact info on her page as a "Contact Us" button is in fact present on the entrance to her site but the only reason I didn't use that in the first place is because it is grouped in with icons for Net Nanny and other content patrolling associations so I didn't think it was contact for the site. I thought from the layout of the site that it was contact info for one of those sites instead. Anyway, an identical graphic on the French Tickling website gave a matching email address (the aforementioned [email protected] ) so I have written them a polite letter explaining the situation and asking for resolution. If the proprietors of either French Tickling or Veronique's site have been following this thread, I apologize for flying off the handle and posting here saying the site doesn't work without digging a little deeper for contact information but it could have been made a little more apparent how to get in touch with you. And when it comes to spending money and not recieving what you pay for, people tend to get a little upset. No hard feelings...I just want the 2 foot tickling clips I paid for. 🙂

I'm a member of both sites, but my password recently stopped working. I've been using that email for days but can't get them to reply.
 
Apology to Veronique Site Webmaster

Just to let everyone know I finally recieved a reply to my emails and I have in fact been given the clips I paid for. I hereby apologize for getting upset and posting negative feedback about the site. Perhaps I was a bit quick to judge such a newly opened site. I can certainly admit when I am wrong.

My apologies to the owners of Veronique's site. They have apparently been swamped with business and they have taken the time to get my order to me.

To the webmaster of Veronique's site I have replied to your mail with an apology and am doing so here as well in front of everyone so others can see that you do in fact take care of your customers.

Glad to hear that all is well. I'll combine the threads and be sure folks know things are cool. It's good to alert others to possible problems. I guess this is simply one example of where a little more time would have avoided confusion. It happens. 😉

no reply in my case-paid but no access

They charged me and even wrote to me to tell me my account is active, but the password they gave me doesn't work and they just ignore the several emails I've sent about it. This went on for weeks. I've finally asked them to just cancel my membership; of course, since they ignore all my requests for customer service, I won't be surprised if they ignore my cancellation and keep on charging me. It's too bad; the product is not bad when they deliver. Anyway, I'd just stay away from them until they learn how to check their emails and deal with technical/customer complaints.
