About the contents of the video itself, I am very impressed by the very analytical way in which she describes everything. She sounds intelligent, well-read and level-headed. Very impressive as well as informative. I am not at all in that scene, so the usefulness of the practical details is limited for me, but the peek behind the scenes it allows us to take is not only interesting, it might save a few models form potentially dangerous situations. This should be "stickied" on top and shown to all prospective models, in my opinion.
