If you're as close as occasionally wrestling with each other, you'll certainly get him to give you another poke. Then, if you say "no" again and he stops, tell him that you don't actually mean "no" and you want him to keep going. Sounds easy? I think so.

PG619, as most communication is nonverbal your gentleman friend probably isn't reading you well enough or just does not have that much interest in tickling you. When a woman doesn't want a man (or doesn't want something from a man, whether it's a kiss or, in your case, a tickle) she will convey that in no uncertain actions. Your plea of "Noooo" probably has little to do with the reason he does not continue to tickle you.

Is your cry of "Noooo" involuntary? If not, next time he tickles you try to make it into a tickle fight, one he wins. Or just start the tickle fight yourself!

But assuming you can't help the "Noooo," if you are not ready to flat-out tell your friend you'd like him as a tickle buddy, casually mention you like getting tickled despite saying "Noooo."

You can also try renting a movie you know has a tickling scene in it. What movie?

There is an entire section of this page devoted to mainstream tickling clips and I know that there could be 100 answers to this, but I have actually used this technique with two girls I suspected might like being tickled... kinda reverse of what is being suggested but still using a movie scene as a segway to tickling.

One movie was "100 Women", the end has an extended tickling scene that is playful and fun.
