"Sister Prier....a sister in the service of the Holy Goddess shouldn't wear clothing which is too tight or too revealing.."- Sister Alouette

"*blushes heavily*...F..Father Salade said it would be easier for me to move around in...so...."- Sister Alouette

*both turn and stare down Father Salade in embarassed anger*

"Wha...why are you two staring at me that way...?!- Father Salade

"FATHER SALADE!!!"- Prier and Alouette

"Who would have thought the old man was into that sorta thing?"- Croix

(From La Pucelle: Tactics)

LOL 😀

I love this game.

Anyways, this is Sister Prier from the RPG La Pucelle: Tactics. She's a sister in the service of the Church of the Divine Maiden and she is a member of La Pucelle, the church's demon hunting squad.

This picture was drawn with a mechanical no. 2 pencil, inked, colored with prismacolor markers and given a few touchups in PSP7.

I'm not familiar with the RPG, but I do know a cute anime-type girl when I see one! The blush and the "anxiety drop" are clever touches and well done. Good use of highlights. Very good 3-D feel. Interesting background... how was that applied?

Thanks alot.

Its my first time drawing her too, so I'm pleased with how this came out. I'll have to do action poses later rather than profile or regular poses.

The background was added in with PSP7 by simply using the spraycan feature.

I never played the game but i heard its a fun as final fantasy tactics. I like the drawing. you seemto draw facial expressions really well.

Thanks. It really depends on whether the themes and characters make an impression on you or not. Nippon Ichi (the same company that made Disgaea) made this game too. The graphics are lovely and the backgrounds aren't computer generated, they're handdrawn. This game also sports actual voice talent and you can play the game in either japanese or english. The music is nice also, especially the opening song.

Unfortunately this game, like Disgaea is no longer in circulation. Its a 2004 game and they've stopped making them. I was fortunate enough to get a brand new, un-opened factory sealed copy of this game from Game-Crazy and ordered the strategy guide brand new on e-bay.

The only way to own this game would be to find a used version, e-bay, or the off-shoot chance that a local store or mall has a new copy available.

Heres the official website, it might help. If you're working on a slower connection you may have to be patient. The website has some screen captures, some downloads, audio clips from the american voice talent, the trailer for the game, and general info:

Also, make sure you have your volume up so you can listen to the music and such.

Also, because someone on DA asked, the dialogue in quotations above (first post) is in fact from the game. I didn't make it up or anything, and this picture is a tribute to that scene.

It seems the's days the nuns are becoming sluts. Did I missed a day in school where they explained about anime or something. I got Robots, sexy nuns, kids that shoot and drive, big shoed girls being kiddnap and young saviors with some kind of swords.

.....too....much.....Japanesse.....concepts....

(Falls unconcious)

LOL! ^^

Prier is far from being anything like a slut, but I see where you're coming from. They do tend to take things out of hand, those japanese. This series isn't like that though. Its pretty down to earth, takes place in medieval europe (France actually) (Prier for example is french for 'prayer') and its a spiritual story of self-discovery and adventure.
