Hi all. So I have a bunch of old VHS tickling tapes and wanted to transfer them to a digital file since VHS is such an old form of media. I have to save all my old rock man videos!

Anybody have advice on how to transfer them? I have no techno knowledge!

Interesting question- I also have a lrge collection of VHS (some rare) that I'd like to sell...but would love to make copies of two or three (such as Bloodstone ones)

Buy a recorder that allows you to record VHS onto a DVD. If you can’t find that online, go to a store. Tell them you want to convert your VHS tapes. You don’t need to explain what is on them!

I feel like there is an article on this on lifehacker. It takes a chord that hooks up to computer. There's also a device you can buy at bed bath and beyond that hooks up to VCR, you put in a memory stick, and can record the VHS on the memory stick and transfer that to computer
