I may be mistaken (foggy memory) but I believe S. Blue was a producer who worked for a few places over the years, and did some work for Vid-Tech and some others.
To furter complicate matters Vid-Tech, Platinum, and a few other of the early 90's producers have all been sort of sold and repackaged in a mix and match sort of way over the years. It seems rights have gone to one central producer, but hard to say who.
