Video/photography equipment question?

I am looking to get a camera that shoots both great quality videos and photos.

It's going to be used to record feet tickling/tickling videos.

Any recommendations?

At this point even the most basic camera will work "ok", I recommend concentrating more on lighting than any specific camera. Grab any Canon starter pack from Sam's or something, and then grab some of these

I strongly recommend getting a camera that is made for shooting videos. The ones that are meant for pictures can overheat in video mode rather quickly in my experience.
