Sorry for the TKfans over in VA. Couldn't they just drive (or take the train) to Maryland or DC.

Okay, any Virginia gals who wanna get tickled can just take the metro/bus over to my place in DC. Problem solved!

I have to admit that I didn't actually follow the link, but I did find this completely random picture in my net wanderings, and can only imagine that it had some basis in this Virginia law(?).
