Possibly in the future they will make a pod for the whole body that makes a person experience being in a certain surroundings. With headsets that send impulses to the brain that makes you feel what you see.

Hmmmm... I think a good robotic set up would be better for this. With everything that comes out of Japan... it surprises me this is not a reality yet. A machine that can feather you all over, or robotic hands... Damn I need a translator, and a meeting. 🙂

Hmm, I feel like a full-body suit would be required for something like that, with some sort of neurostimulator-type technology in it. Little nodes of some sort, positioned over strategic parts of the body, that would simulate the sensation of being tickled in various ways, with the VR headset providing the environment and scenario for you. Or perhaps the nodes by themselves, so that you can position them wherever you want them, or individual portions of the suit, so that you could choose to buy only the parts of you you intend to have tickled--a shirt for the upper body fans, or a pair of socks for those of us who would prefer to have our feet titillated. Alas, such technology is probably fated to remain in the unreachable realms of science fiction, alongside teleporters and starships...

actually i think till that time you should try lucid dreaming(a kind of dream that you have sensation and can control many things in your dream . i can fly if i jump)
.it may not work as long as tickle session but it feels so real. search in google.
there was a time(six months ago) that i really wanted to tickle women in my dream so bad. i relly wanted it before i go to sleep.
thank god i had some lucid dreams . in most of them i searched for girls to tickle(its somehow important that you try not to create but search the thing you want because if you try to create you may wake up.) .
after that i tickled girls in my dream and cummed , my desire of tickling reduced.
in one of them i shortly got tickled and really felt it although i am not ticklish
