VU # 10 is finished!!!!!!

Hi folks,

Just a quick word to let you all know that Vellicatrices Unlimited #10 is finished. I just wrapped it up about 12:45, and the last lf the files are now with MTJ. It will be without a doubt ready for sale this week.

Thanks for all of our fan support.

Next up will be a pinup book based on the Julie McGee's Adventures in Time series. We should start working on that in about a week.

Whew! 15 pages of butt kicking, tickle-torturing action!

Thank God! I am SO glad to put this baby to bed. Now, don't get me wrong or be mistaken. I LOVE doing this book, but now that we've completed this first story arc, we have TONS of characters and subtext to use for future stories. And we don't have to commit to long, drawn-out epic storylines. We can do short, concise stories, based around a few characters, plus we can introduce more new characters (Believe me, there are several more coming), without having to "fit them" into the storyline. It also gives you all a better chance to let us know what you'd like to see (and maybe actually get it). The VU Universe is about to expand and we have you, the readers, to thank for it. It's been a helluva a ride and we look forward to the future!

BTW, I haven't given Mindy and Ruby their hero names yet. Anyone with ideas can email me at [email protected] Oh, but wait... you'll have to read this issue first, to know what I'm talking about. Hee-hee...

Great job, guys! Long, ongoing story arcs can be a bitch, and you guys have outdone yourselves with VU 10. Congrats on the series as a whole, it's become a cult phenom and the standard by which tickling comics should be measured.
