Wacky Dreams

Sometimes I wonder about myself, I have the wackiest dreams of anyone I know. The other night I dreamt I was a bat (the animal) flying around looking for bugs. Another was when I was a kid, I dreamt I was a dog, and awoke that morning outside in my dog's house with him looking at me as if to say "You Nut!!" But lately I have been having the "reality dreams." The ones that are seriously like real life. I had one last night when I fell asleep at my computer about brushing my teeth, when I woke up I was confused on whether or not I had actually brushed them LOL.

Does anyone else have wacky dreams like this? Or what are your thoughts on the "dream world?"

Dreams away....

Mine seem to center on alternate realities and personas. I constantly dream I'm iving in a "50's" style world, far more peaceful and filled with common sense. I'm usually in either a law enforcement or political postion of some type, although I have found myself as a DJ once or twice. The events in the world aren't startling, although once in a while tickling takes center stage, it isn't necessarily the focal point of the dream. Very relaxing overall, but surprisingly dull in most ways. Q

mine start out good but then end up scary and weird!

I dream a lot of the time in black and white, except when I dream of Tracy....🙂 then it is always in living color! vivid and so real! But then all of sudden as I am reaching for her she drifts away and it fades back to black and white and I wake up sweating!

Also what does it mean when you dream you are falling? I do that a lot too.🙁

🙂 I have the same dream, I am lying on the beach. I have the feeling that someone is tickling my tootsies, but no one is around. The feeling is maddening! I can't keep my feet still and I am wiggling them and laughing hysterical.

Then I wake myself up laughing so hard.
Doctor can you tell me what can it be?

I have WAY too many weird and wacky dreams. Last night, I had a dream that UK TV cutie Sarah Cawood had her feet tickled on TV (now that wasn't a bad dream, lemme tell you!) but maybe the build-up was weird. Funny thing is, I was going to post this in the Mainstream section of the TMF... until I woke up! 😱 This would be one of my saner dreams. Anything else would be so dang hard to understand, I would never post them here, otherwise your heads will explode trying to understand what the feck I'm on about! Only stoners would understand my dreams, which would be strange as I don't smoke grass.

I saw a couple of "dream interpretation" books on the shelves of the major book retailers at major malls, and I can do <I>at least </I> as good as the guys who wrote those things.

been having some really wild dreams lately, humm...maybe it was the wild tickling day I had last weekend with some TMF buddies? feathers chasing me...someone with a bald head running after me with his fingers...aggggggghhhhhhhhh

After playing duplicate bridge for the last two days (about 8 hours each day) at a regional ACBL tournament, I had a bridge nightmare last night. I consider that to be pretty wacky.

Warning: If you do not play bridge, then the rest of this post will make no sense to you.

As dealer in the dream, I held S-AKQ, H-AKQJT987, D-A, C-2. I open a strong, artificial two clubs, get a waiting 2D response, bid 2H to show my suit, hear partner respond 2N to show 6+ points with no 5-card suit, bid 4N to ask for aces, get the response of 5D showing one ace, and bid a confident 7N, ice cold. But the opponents double, so I redouble.

Right hand opponent makes the opening lead, and I table my hand as dummy. But it has changed! 😕 😕

It is now S-432, H-5432, D-432, C-432.

Partner, stunned, watches them run three suits, and take all 13 tricks.

Quite a nightmare.

Sounds like a place we'd all like to live, QJ. Maybe someday, we can take a step back socially and such a place can be real. You've got my vote for sheriff or mayor. 🙂

Clearly, some intensive tickling therapy is required. Take two hours nightly and you should be fine. 😀
