It looks like this boy doesn't realize that you nread some type of player to play video you download - just having a modem alone doesn't do it. I had this same confusion when I first got on the computer (the things they don't teach you in school.....) But I just kind of figured it out, or asked someone, I didn't e-mail the providers of the video, telling them I would sue. The he thinks that his threats of legal action will send you cowering to give him whatever he wants because you fear the authorities coming down on you for dealing in adult material - little realizing that the authorities are probably indulging in such things at this very moment! But what strikes me is that he remarks in an early e-mail about possibly competeing with you (not to offer something new to the market or provide a service, but start up a whole new fetish business as a 'just to show you' to Real Tickling!) I think this would be a fascinating thing and would really really really really really really really like to see him undertake this with both his limited grasp of English and things computerish.

Oh wait, just looked at some geocities homepages and assorted weblogs. Okay, I'll believe you.

Maybe you should up the font size on your sites to 50 point and put some more info on there, like the basics of internet business and digital video transfer protocols?
