Your mr "Tom" at myspace is a nobody when it comes to this kind of thing. He's their mascot. If you have been in touch with and talking with MySpace's legal department like I have, you would know that they are VERY concerned about issues like this, especially since the girl who I posted the conversation with above shows herself on myspace to be 16 years old.

Yeah that's right! All of a sudden it's a little more serious huh!

Yeah, he solicited a fetish tickling video from a 16 year old, promising her $4000 that she will never get, AND he did is under the pretense that he was realtickling.com.

Only a fool would think there's no grounds for legal action. The girl told us that she and her parents want to press charges. Thanks.
