When you sign up at this site they will send you a DVD that you did not order.Then after you send the DVD back to them they cancel your membership and do not refund your money.They will also not respond to any of your e mails because they don't answer e mails from non members.Is this fair?
 
Have you tried reporting them to the relevant trading standards organisation?
