Yes, this video was one of several in a special line of foot whipping videos turned out by the late "Ed Lee" of NuWest/Leda Video and their primary line of videos is some pretty intense spanking, whipping, caning, and paddling videos. The video is/was called "Jodie's Foot Whipping" and I believe it was LFV-10 in their catalog. I'm going from my own recall (as I own an original production copy on DVD) since I'm not sure they're still selling it as part of their product line, but you could probably get their e-mail address and check by going to the site link above and navigating to the contact information. Hope this helps you in your quest to locate one. They were originally released on DVD. Maybe they have a clip store that contains it now. Good luck!
