Was Scott Hall Underrated?

I think that Scott Hall, as Razor Ramon, and in his time with the New World Order, was very underrated. I know he had his problems with drinking, but I never felt that he was pushed like he should have been. He is a fine talent...what happened?

I thought Razor was one of the best guys WWE ever had. The crowd went nuts for him, and he put on great matches, especially with Shawn Michaels and Diesel.

I think once they ran the NWO thing into the ground, coupled with his problems, and bad booking, he just kinda faded away. It's a shame...he's still got life in him.


And I remember back to his debut in AWA, with that Magnum hair and mustache, battling Col. Debeers and tagging with a pre-perfect Curt Hennig.

Well in alot of ways Scott was his own worst enamy. With his drinking, and whatever other deamons he may have had. Unlike Eddie gerrero Scott was never realy able to get his adictions under controle. However he was indeed one of the best all round performers in the ring and on the mic. His take on the Cuban Gino was real fun to watch. I even remeber reading in a magazine that Curt Hennig once said Scoty was "...still the best partner I ever had.". If you notice though, the best gimics are all sterio types. Weather it's Eddie Gererro, or Scott Hall (ya I know he wasn't realy Cuban). Steve Austin or Booker T, it sells and people enjoy it. Anyway I enjoyed seeing Scott Hall, unfortunetly he ended up causing his own undoing.

I thought Scott was great... The ladder match he had with HBK at Wrestlemania X was fricken awesome, Not to mention it was the 1st.

As razor ramon, his gimmeck was great. How confident he was with the whole toothpick in the face. It was funny.

I thought he was fantastic as one of the outsiders. scott hall and kevin nash were a great tag team. I heard they might wrestle together in new Japan wrestling.

Well it was the 1st latter match at WrestleMania. Vince stoled the idea from Stu Hart, who had them in his Stampead wrestling many years before. Then again it could have been Brett idea, him and Shawn had quite a few Ladder Matches on house shows, before WMX.
