As this is my first post, I wasn't sure if this should go here or in the Clips4Sale section. So, I did both, with apologies for the duplication.

Does anyone watch their clips from Clips4Sale on their television? For example, is there a user friendly software to put clips on a DVD that is watchable on your TV?

Also, I'm shopping for a new TV, and some advertise inputs such as a USB drive input, or one that permits you to use a memory stick for your photographs for your TV. I haven't thought of a good way to ask the salesman whether this would allow me to play clips that I save on a USB drive on the TV. If I could, that would be the easiest solution.

I'd appreciate any thoughts. I imagine I'm not the first person that thinks that watching clips on a bigger screen would be better!

Thanks,

Dave

ive got a video out card on my PC and its connected to my TV so acts as a second monitor, that way can watch anything from the PC on my TV 😀

I have my laptop connected to my 50" plasma, you can see everything if the quality of the clips is good.

This method actually works quite nicely. Especially with the full screen mode. You really don't need any software, just as long as your TV has that blue thingy on the back.

blue thingy? mine just goes straight into a scart...

A mate of mine has a 48" plasma tv on his wall, with his laptop connected to it. At new years, during a houseparty, he put 2 girls 1 cup on.

So, it has it's disadvantages...

IF you have an Xbox 360 or PS3 you can put the videos on a harddrive and watch hook it up to your system to watch clips.

You can also use programs like tvserity which let you stream video from your PC to any device connected to the media server you set up.

I wish I could watch video clips on the TV. Much more comfortable sitting on the couch than at the desk in front of the computer. However, I have a Mac, and they don't seem to have any options for this transformational magic. (I can only make DVD's of the stuff I shoot with the camcorder, but being able to watch clips from like TickleAbuse.com would make my day.)

This is the method I use.

I simply turn on my PS3 and it connects automatically with my network, and then it accesses everything in my hard drives (as long as its .wmv format right now....I am working on other formats and downloading the tools for them.)

So I can enjoy a lot of those HD Video's and other regular video's converted into HD.
