There is always the problem of giving away too much in the preview.

An animated gif is good under normal circumstances but correct me if I am wrong but when showcasing a tickle video you need to hear the chick as well as see her to make a determination wether you want to purchase. so video is pretty much the only way to preview. Am I wrong on this?

Personally, I prefer the preview for the reason that you listed. I like to get an idea about her laugh and reactions before purchasing. However, if you consistently deliver truly ticklish models, then an animated gif would be fine. So I would suggest a few previews as you get things started up again and then switch to animated gif. Some the established fetish models on your site like Tomiko and Sienna really don't need a preview video and an animated gif would be good enough.

First of all thanks for asking the community, it's very much appreciated.
To elaborate on my last post.
