Finally! All games are on Sunday! What a foreign concept?

Does anyone know why ESPN moved to MNF? They were better off with SNF.

Oakland +12 1/2 @ Tampa Bay 1pm ( CBS ) - Because They can't score often enough.

Detroit +9 1/2 @ Green Bay 1pm ( FOX ) - They'll do just enough to tease 1-15, then fail.

New York Giants +6 1/2 @ Minnesota 1pm ( FOX ) - Because Minnesota can't hang onto the football.

Chicago +3 @ Houston 1pm ( FOX ) - Notice that Houston is still looking for momentum for next year.

Carolina -3 @ New Orleans 1pm ( FOX ) - Simply because Drew Brees is gunning for a record in passing yardage.

St.Louis +14 @ Atlanta 1pm ( FOX ) - I would love to say a run-based offense can't cover 14 points, but not when the opposing team is one of the two R teams this year. (Unlike Tampa Bay, Atlanta knows how to score points.)

Kansas City +3 @ Cincinnati 1pm ( CBS ) - Yawn.

Tennessee -3 @ Indianapolis 1pm ( CBS ) - Season Sweep Time!

Cleveland +10 1/2 @ Pittsburgh 1pm ( CBS ) - See Lions on teasing.

New England -6 1/2 @ Buffalo 1pm ( CBS ) - Schizophrenia is starting to hit.

Dallas +1 1/2 @ Philadelphia 4:15pm ( FOX ) - We don't believe America's Team resides in Dallas. The Correct America's team has NFC Home Field Playoff Advantage. Besides (to Dallas), you don't control your own destiny, just the tiebreakers if you win.

Jacksonville +12 1/2 @ Baltimore 4:15pm ( CBS ) - The Garrards are a little better than 12.5 dogs.

Miami +2 1/2 @ New York Jets 4:15pm ( CBS ) - Everyone in whole football world is begging you to take the Dolphins. So, we'll take the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets to the Division Title.

Seattle +6 @ Arizona 4:15pm ( FOX ) - Only because however much Arizona was a no-show in the snow, Seattle is worse.

Washington +3 @ San Francisco 4:15pm ( FOX ) - ESPN's Tuesday Morning Quarterback Stat No. 2 (http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=easterbrook/081223): "East Coast teams other than the Jets are 10-1 on the West Coast this season." So, we'll pick against the Singletaries in a hard-fought battle & take the Zorns.

Denver +8 @ San Diego 8:15pm ( NBC ) - The Entire UNIVERSE is begging you to take the Chargers. At least you can't blame Ed Hochuli for the bad karma San Diego deserves for firing Marty Schottenheimer. I'll take the Cutlers to go win & into the playoffs.

Happy Holidays one and all....

Oakland +12 1/2 @ Tampa Bay 1pm ( CBS ) --- Everytime Oakland comes to the East Coast in the final game of the season, they get throttled. I expect the same here. Then Tampa Bay becomes fans of the Philadelphia Eagles so they can clinch a playoff birth.

Detroit +9 1/2 @ Green Bay 1pm ( FOX ) --- The Lions are 0-15. The Lions have not won in Green Bay in their last 17 tries. Wouldn't it be something if both streaks came to a close right here???

New York Giants +6 1/2 @ Minnesota 1pm ( FOX ) --- The Giants are the better team here. They will rest some players but they will play enough to win.

Chicago +3 @ Houston 1pm ( FOX ) --- Houston is a team that see's it's future. It has developed. They want to finish the season on a high note. The Bears will look to next year and know they are a very good team.

Carolina -3 @ New Orleans 1pm ( FOX ) --- I sense that the Saints will throw until Brees gets the record. What else is there to play for if you are the Saints. This division was better than anyone could have imagined. This will just complete the cycle.

St.Louis +14 @ Atlanta 1pm ( FOX ) --- After a miserable season a year ago the Falcons have a chance to actually win the division and clinch a first round bye. It is a fantastic story for the Falcons. They will win this game easily behind their young and exciting team and root for the Saints to beat Carolina.

Kansas City +3 @ Cincinnati 1pm ( CBS ) --- In a bad game, I take the home team.

Tennessee -3 @ Indianapolis 1pm ( CBS ) --- We will see a lot of Jim Sorgi in this game for the Colts.

Cleveland +10 1/2 @ Pittsburgh 1pm ( CBS ) --- Will Cleveland even score in this game??? They will be using their fourth or fifth QB this season. Unfortunately for Romeo, but he will lose his job regardless of the outcome of this game.

New England -6 1/2 @ Buffalo 1pm ( CBS ) --- Only because I NEED Buffalo to win this game. So I have said my prayers and taken my vitamins with the hope that this dream becomes a reality.

Dallas +1 1/2 @ Philadelphia 4:15pm ( FOX ) --- Philadelphia will take solace in knowing that they at least knocked their hated rival out of the playoffs. Tony Romo has not played well in the cold or in the month of December. That's a double Whammy.

Jacksonville +12 1/2 @ Baltimore 4:15pm ( CBS ) --- Jacksonville was picked by several experts to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. How the mighty have fallen. But in this 12 1/2 is too much. This game will be played closer than the spread.

Miami +2 1/2 @ New York Jets 4:15pm ( CBS ) --- Again, I had to say my prayers and take my vitamins for this one. The better and smarter QB resides in Miami. That is why I need to say my prayers. The Jets screwed up bringing Favre here. Let's hope that old broken down man has at least one more good game in him before he rides off into the sunset. He was not worth the picks we gave up.

Seattle +6 @ Arizona 4:15pm ( FOX ) --- Arizona knows they have played badly since clinching the division. Now they need to right the ship. Seattle played their Super Bowl last week against the Jets. Look for the Cardinals to put up at least 35 in this game.

Washington +3 @ San Francisco 4:15pm ( FOX ) --- The 49ers will play hard to justify the contract that Singletary will get at the end of this game. ( Signed and sealed, it just hasn't been announced yet. ) Washington had a better season than anticipated. They prepare for the off-season. Hopefully Jim Zorn will continue to coach this team. But you never know with Danial Snyder as the owner.

Denver +8 @ San Diego 8:15pm ( NBC ) --- Neither team deserves to go to the playoffs. Denver blowing a three game lead with four to play. They can complete the disaster with a loss here. San Diego has fought. I will give them that much credit. But if they win tonight, having an 8-8 team hosting the Wild Card round of the playoffs is disgraceful to the NFL. San Diego will win and cover to make the collapse complete.

Good luck to everyone and I will post the Wildcard playoff round probably on Thursday.
