My picks:

Indy upsets the Jets: I say this because the Jets limped into the playoffs while Indy is riding a 4 game winning streak

Baltimore beats Kansas City

New Orleans destroys Seattle: I think this game shows why no 7-9 team belongs in the post-season

Packers beat Eagles

You truthfully believe Seattle will beat New Orleans? I would love to see it, but if I was to wager on which team I think will win I wouldn't put much money down on the Seahawks.

I think theres a mistake in the Indy game line. Indy should be giving 2 1/2 not getting it.

New Orleans
Indianapolis.. hard to bet against #18

Sunday January 9th

Baltimore
Green Bay

Baltimore shouldn't even be playing on Wild Card week. If the wide receiver for the Lions didn't drop a wide open pass in the End-Zone against Pittsburg, a month or so ago, it would be the Steelers going against the Chiefs.

What are you talking about? The Lions DID NOT play the Steelers this season. If you are going to make a statement then at least make sure your statement is a factual statement.

The Lions 16 games include:

2 vs Chicago
2 vs Green Bay
2 vs Minnesota
1 vs Buffalo
1 vs Miami
1 vs New England
1 vs The Jets
1 vs The Giants
1 vs Dallas
1 vs Philadelphia
1 vs Washington
1 vs St.Louis
1 vs Tampa Bay

Nowhere in that schedule do you see the Pittsburgh Steelers. Why? Because they didn't play against each other. Accuracy will go a long way in helping you make your point.

Oh wait, it was against Buffalo. I knew it was a shitty team but for some reason the Lions popped in my mind. Nope, it was definitely the Bills, who lost to the Steelers in OT.

I will give you my thoughts on these games tonight on TMF Radio Sports Friday Night Football.

Since it is based on POINT SPREADS and the Seahawks are almost an 11 point underdog, why not? She has been picking with the spreads for the last four years and is over .500 for this season. She knows what she is doing. Let her be!

I wasn't going on the spread. But yeah, I can see why you'd take the Seahawks based on the spread. Although I have a feeling the game is likely going to be a blowout.

Hopefully this time I can keep emotions in check.

New Orleans -10 1/2 @ Seattle Seahawks 4:30pm ( NBC ) - This game interests me. I dislike 7-9 teams hosting 12-4 teams in the playoffs. I think that's wrong. IBut everyone outside of Seattle thinks New Orleans will win this game easily & that Seattle won't be competitive. There is one player who can make a difference in this game, & his name is Leon Washington. Throw in the fact that New Orleans lost their top two RBs for this game & Drew Brees does have a tendency to be generous with the football this year & I believe there are enough ingredients for the clean upset.

New York Jets +2 1/2 @ Indianapolis Colts 8:05pm ( NBC ) - This game scares me. I can't figure out if we're going to the good Manning or the bad Manning. I can't figure out if we're going to see the Touchdown machine or the turnover machine. But I think the Jets will figure out that the best thing to do is to not find out the answer. I think they'll throw early & run it late to play keep away.

Baltimore Ravens -3 @ Kansas City Chiefs 1:00pm ( CBS ) - People keep talking about the fact that this Ravens team is finally complete enough to go to the Superbowl & possibly win it. But I can't honestly see good things from a team that I think blew at least 3 or 4 fourth quarter leads. Their defense isn't as feared as it once was - maybe the departures are starting to show themselves. I think I'm going to take the Thomas Jones lead here.

Green Bay Packers +2 1/2 @ Philadelphia Eagles 4:30pm ( FOX ) - I think this game will come down to who can run the football. Strangely enough, I think John Kuhn & Brandon Jackson can provide just enough running to play the NFC's version of keep away. And you know, Vick can't play well on the sideline...

I also think the fact that I have just picked 4 clean upsets really scares me, but I'll stick with it.
