Folks, this is a no-brainer. You know what? I attended private high school in the 80s. Cocaine, alcohol, pills were everywhere amongst my rich and famous classmates. I was neither really, but they didn't seem to mind. They invited me to "take part" with them on a regular basis, but I always declined. Why? Because it wasn't my thing and my pop would have beat the living crap out of me~SO not worth the thrill of being high for a few hours. I'd smile, shake my head and say, "Thanks, but it's just not my scene." No judgements, no irritation and they knew I'd keep my mouth shut. I knew how the game was played.

My wife loves to be tickled and yet she thinks alot of people are weird for being afraid of it. But different strokes for different folks is what they say. Personally, I think having sex in food is weird but thats my hang up.

I do have some experience in this myself. Not with a girl I loved, but with a friend I thought I could tell anything to. Maybe you took this girl off guard, and another thing about memories. I know your playing this event over and over in your mind, but look at it this way. That wasn't the response I know you were hoping to get, but maybe your demonizing the event a bit. You confessed, bared your soul, and she called you a weirdo. I'm sure right afterwards you were pretty upset. Maybe you took it seriously, when she didn't. Did she mention it again? Also if she was really upset, maybe it's because you tarnished her opinion about you. Maybe she saw you one way, and you telling her about your fetish forced her to look at you another way. And for her it was sudden, and dangerous.

You were hurt obviously, you didn't get the response you needed, but you really shouldn't hold it against her. Even amongst people here we looked our noses down at others. How many people here have felt like an outcast because they enjoy M/M tickling? Or F/M? F/F? M/F? or any combination of the two.
