Here is a clip that I caught on TV today. I looked for it on the internet and I found it in several versions (mostly eastern european). It is very similar to the Amope (Scholl) commercial from a year or so ago.

I don't think the commercial is specifically Ukrainian. I also found versions of it in a few more eastern european countries like Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary etc.
