What about bondage styles?

Several recent threads have brought up bondage in one way or another. So, I thought I'd throw this out for everyone to play with.

? - Do you use bondage when you tickle?
? - If yes...what are some of your fav ways to restrain/be restrained and why?

Drew and I almost always use bondage now. In the beginning, we weren't sure how we'd like it. But, we found that it really adds to things...not to mention the safety factor. {{I fight like crazy to get away (though I love to be tickled). He's gotten thrown and kicked many times. So, it's almost a necessity for us.}} The inability to get away seems to dispel the concentration on the struggle and allow the mind to focus more on the tickling...greatly enhancing the experience.

We've done a few things with bondage. Before we lived together, I had a futon that we'd cuff one another to. We did spread eagle and just having my ankles tied to the side...so he could concentrate on my feet. Now, we have a set of straps permanently attached to our bed to do a looser spread eagle restraint. We use this the most. It leaves us pretty much open to anything while still being comfortable enough for longer sessions. He's been known to go at me for 2-3 hours.

I also made a modified X-frame for him for his b'day a couple weeks ago. It's got a backboard and then the arm and leg extensions..all padded for comfort. We've only used it a couple of times so far, because I need to adjust the strap positions...one of this weekend's projects. But, the total inability to move really adds to things. I do however expect that we'll use that for slightly shorter sessions, since the inability to move would likely contribute to cramping.

I'll use almost any bondage form that works at the moment, as I'm a fan of bondage styles.

My favorite is the classic 'Y'...hands together, over the head...legs apart and ankles tied.

I use bondage 98% of the time and for me as both tickler and ticklee, I feel that spread eagle on a bed is the best position.😀

I play with and without. Don't do rope bondage, though I think it LOOKS neat. I stick to leather cuffs. Easier release with those, quick setup, and it travels well.

While I don't have any large scale constructs, I've used them at a number of locations and REALLY enjoyed them. A suspension rig is the first thing I'll build in my next home. I'm finding that I enjoy the more complete access to the 'lee.

Blindfolds tend to enhance that sometimes, though some folk do better to be MADE to look.

Macrame...

One of my favorite hobbies...and gives me an excuse for having plenty of nice soft 6 ply around! Yup...I do plant hangars free with every session!😀 I like bondage for both tickling and teasing, it just makes the experience feel more "special" somehow! One of my favs is putting an air pillow under the victim and keeping the auto pump set on minimum. Every time they lift upwards, more air flows in and it becomes progressively harder to lift and so the cycle repeats until you have a nicely curved tummy/ribcage pretty much at its limits. Other than that bad (?) habit, I like comfort for the 'lee, as undue pain/cramping/discomfort detracts from the play. Velvet/cotton blankets and pillows in appropriate spots and adjustments as needed for comfort. Q

I love to use bondage both as a Lee and a Ler.

As a Lee it's almost a necessity with me because I truly will fight like a wild animal to get away. It's a safety issue for all involved. There's only one guy - SO FAR - who can hold me down and tickle me without getting hurt but it's come close a few times.

I have ropes already secured to my bed at home so it's always ready to go. Just attach the cuffs and off you go.

As a "ler" the same goes. I have two ways I prefer to play. One being the bench. You can secure your victim to the bench and then using either leather belts, rope or saran wrap they can be wrapped up like a tickle burrito. I can also secure the victim face up with their arms either above their head or secured down to the legs. The other preferred method is the spread eagle on the bed. Since the bed is ready to go it's much easier and faster to set up than doing the entire bench set-up.

Never been bound or bound anyone in the course of tickling. I predict great pain for the person that tries to tie and tickle me. Great, great pain indeed. And some yellow #5, too. I think.
