Sweet. If you could give me a ledger, color my hair white, and if I got contacts. I'd be perfect for the Man with No F*cking Neck! *chuckles*David Tyler said:Rocky Horror -
We did several runs of the stage show here. Trust me, the best way to see it is from the stage looking out at the audience.
My fav scene is where Frank (the actor playing him in our cast was named Fred) is standing downstage singing 'I'm Going Home' and the audience let loose with a snow storm of cards during the line "cards for sorrow, cards for pain". Magenta and myself (I played Riff) were standing upstage on a riser watching as Fred was engulfed in the blizzard. It was like watching a giant snow globe. It was breathtaking.
That moment will be with me forever as one of my favourite memories.
That and the last time I sang the Riff bit from 'Over at the Frankenstien Place'. I got very emotional at that time thinking that it would be a long time before I would do this again. I guess it showed in my voice because other cast members told me that, when I sang that bit, it got to them, too.
Love doing that show. I'm hoping the director gets it into her head to do it one more time. Of course, I'd like to take a shot at Frankie if she can't get Fred back. Still, Riff is a good gig, too. He has the best singing parts and the most notable song - 'Time Warp'.
