What Are You "Ticklingly" Thankful For?

Thanksgiving is too wrapped up in historical controversy for me to actually celebrate it...but at least it asks you what you are thankful for in life. For normal people it's relatively easy, but for ticklefiends like us, what exactly are we thankful for in a Tickling fashion?

I, for one, am ticklingly thankful for:

MYRIADS - For being a rock in the TMF, putting up and managing the problems we mere mortals lack the patience to deal with.

TIB - For providing all the naughty aspects of tickling media in America and for doing so in a variety of ways.

YAQI - Who, for all his controversy and self-publicity, made some DAMN FINE VIDEOS, some of which I couldn't live without.

FRENCHTICKLING.COM - For balancing the scales with non-sexual clothed tickling with legitimately ticklish subjects. Merci boucoup mes amis.

MORANDILAS - For giving the fiendish and illustratively uninclined a place to vent our fiendish imagination to paper, press, and the illustratively gifted, and for making it all available to everyone.

SHEMTHEPENMAN, MARAUDER, TQLR, RUBIS - For putting pen to paper and illuminating our imagination.

OZZY, MANDELL, BAC, GRIPPEDCHIMP, TOMAS, CAGRI, SHANE, FTKL - For putting pen and paint to canvas and doing the same.

4PAWZ, MIMI, lite, QBWEAVER, JoBELLE, FOREVERRIO, TICKLISHSINNER, ZACUTIEBRAT - For being ticklish

ERIN of Yaqisworld; MARY, SABRINA, NARIN, ESTHER, IVY, AMBROSIA, DITA, SYDDRA, EMBER...and others - For suffering for art and entertainment, and for being the women of our dreams.

and last, but DEFINITELY NOT LEAST...

I could not ask for a better group of folks to work with.

All the Members of the TMF - Without all of you, and your participation, there would BE no TMF. The correspondance, sharing of experiences, swapping thoughts, ideas, and techniques....you're all the reason why we have such a great online community.

All Tickling Media Producers - The video producers, the artists, the writers....thank you for consistently contributing such a fine selection of media for ticklephiles to indulge themselves in. You make life much easier for those ticklephiles who can not (and even those of us who CAN) indulge in their fetish through their real life activities by providing them a visual and mental outlet for their secret desires.

All Tickling Gathering Hosts - You devote your time, money, and sometimes even your homes to organizing, planning, and putting on wonderful parties for fellow tickle enthusiasts to meet like minded folks, take part in some delicious tickling play, and make lots of new friends in our field of interest. Lord knows it's a stressful, hectic, and often frustrating job to take on, but you do it with pride and patience, and the feeling a successful gathering gives you once it's complete is one that can not be matched.

All my Friends at the TMF - You know who you are. The list is far too long for me to name you all. You are folks that went beyond the call of being 'fellow tickle enthusiasts' and opened your hearts and your ears to my pains, my pleasures, my defeats, and my triumphs, and stood by me through it all. Thank you for being all that you are.

And last, but certainly not least....

My Sweet Lazarus - For just being YOU. Thank you for taking that step to contact me, and thank you for not giving up on me when I mistakingly almost turned you away in the beginning of our correspondance. You wouldn't take no for an answer, and you hung in there until I got a full glimpse of all the treasures you had to offer. Seven months have passed since that day, and we're now engaged and sharing living space, planning the rest of our lives out, in one anothers arms. You fill every day of my life with love, adoration, affection, laughter, passion, intelligent conversations, and lots and lots of tickling. I'm thankful that I have the love of someone like kwildoctr; he loves me even though I can be a HUGE pain in the ass at times.

I'm thankful for the love of my family; they stand by me even when they don't like what I'm doing.

I'm thankful for my friends, both vanilla and spicy. 🙂

I'm thankful that the TMF exists, a place that allows people to be who they are, without feeling ashamed or alone. And in that same vein, Myriads, MTPJeff, and the moderators do a great job offering us such a place!

And thank you, Amnesiac, for prompting me to think about such things; every now and then I need a jump-start to help me remember what's important. 😉

Thanks to Myriads and all the moderators and brains that keep the TMF up and running and changing the ways we all live and think about things that we are passionate for, especially tickling. Thanks to all the terrific women here at TMF(angie, ticklygirl, bellybuttonlover,ticklemistress, mindy, grrl, 4pawz, deep innie, mimi, ticklesuzy, and njjen..just to name a few) everytime I come into the chatroom you all make me feel welcome and like there is no other place i'd rather come to. You all are great! Thanks to all my brothers out there in TMF City,(slacker, mitchell, UBlover, fttickler, and on and on) all you guys are awesome to talk to while i'm waiting for my favorite fems to come rolling through the door,(some of you even protect me from them..lol) Anyhow, i'm sure that wasn't as well written as most but it was nice to get it off my chest. We got alot to be thankful for here and should constantly remember that everyday that we're able to wake up and enjoy the things we adore most. im thankful for being ticklish, discovering that i actually have a fantasy for this activity at such a young age, finally finding out that its a global exprience which thousands, maybe millions are going through, and im not alone. that was probably the biggest thing i am thankful for, i dont know what id be like today had id not discovered others who also liked it back in 2001. been able to talk to a shit load of open minded people who have similar experiences who i can relate to. im thankful for a lot of things including the TMF for there is no greater forum where open minded people have friendly conversations and just get along like one big happy family which keeps on growing and growing with love. First off, I am thankful to my Lord and Creator, whom without, I'd still be in a quagmire with my ex-wife, in a loveless relationship, where tickling that was once EXTREMELY encouraged, was shot down and made into that "freaky" feeling.

I also thank God for my 5 children, one of which is no longer with us....I miss you, Angel.

I thank God for leading me to Meems, whom I love more than ANY woman-ticklish or not-that I have ever loved, or will ever love. You are my rock, my fortress, my love, my life. I love you, Q....I am so eternally grateful that God led us together, and that He blessed me with the stubborn bull-headedness and tenacity to not care what I want....just that when I know what I want, I go after it, until I have it.

I am also grateful for you people; whom without the 'net, we might be all suffering in silence with our love and desire of tickling.
