What attracts you to a ler?

A Ler looks at a lee and the more ticklish he/she is the more we WANT to tickle. From the Lee's point of view--

What is it that makes you look at a LER and say.."OH yeah, I want this person to tickle the crap out me." Is it poise? posture? voice? looks? essense? hands? hmmmm I wonder.

Excellent question! What attracts me to a ler is more a presence than anything else. If I feel a real connection with them, then I generally would have no problem having a little fun. Since it's mainly about the connection between the people for me, having the person be a friend is a big part of it. But, there's also a sense of ruthlessness mixed with playfullyness that always makes me think that someone would be a good ler...at least as far as attitude. If there were anything physical that would do it, it would be the eyes...or more something I see in the eyes.

For me, I think... none of the above. When I think about all the 'lers I've really liked, there was generally no particular initial attraction, in an across-the-room sense of the idea. It wasn't until he actually tickled me, and I discovered that I enjoyed his touch, that I found myself wanting more.

For me, the ler has to be a female...that i can be attracted to...and usually i'm a bit imtimidated by the person, but in a good way 😎

Ann really summed it up nicely. I find myself on the same page she is.

It's a combination of things for me. First and foremost a good ler just has that look. I can not think of how else to describe it. It's just this presence of sheer deviancy. That playfully sadistic little grin and cocked or furrowed brow. The twinkle in the eye. Their very aura makes your belly flop and you're giggling at the mere inticipation of what they may do to you. (Dave2112, TTD, and Amnesiac are three lers who come to mind that embody this look with amazing precision).

I also love a ler who can get me laughing without setting a finger on me. I'm toast when that happens. 😀

He should be very confident and should be experienced as well. As far as looks are concerned, well, I have to be attracted to him in some way, but that doesn't necessarily mean, he has to be good looking, it's much more about his persona, he has to have that special something and yes, I have to like his hands.

I agree with everything people have said on here but I have to stress...

PLEASE have nice hands! I dont like a guy ( or girl) trying to tickle me and their hands primarily nails are all disgusting like chewed off fingernails or no nails. They dont have to be manicured, but not fill of callusses and dry flaky skin. *shudders* If someone tries to tickle me w/ ugly hands, I feel utterly gross and wont laugh. It's happend before.

but other than that, a ler that isnt trying to be all over me as soon as they find out I'm ticklish would be great.

Same here. I'd also like my ler to have fingernails that'd make me tempted to curl my toes up and protect my sides even if I'm NOT tied up--and that would make me think "Ohhh shit, I hope I survive...." when I WOULD be tied up. 😀

I haven't met any lers in person...but I know it excites me when I think about it......I like the idea of someone tickling me that enjoys this as much as I do...and totally gets it....not having ever been tickled by a real ler I imagine him attractive to me...and me to him....and full of fun...who laughs at my laughter.......when I read about unmerciful tickling......I don't know if I would like that because I have never been tickled like that...so I wouldn't want someone who may not be "gentle"....with a newbie...so to speak....I would have to sense some sort of connection other than the tickling.......but the idea of a real ler...is very exciting.

has a mysterious presence about them

is very playful and/or animated in mannerisms

tend to be tactile in general

tend to have an impish look in their eyes.

if female, they have long nails.

if male, they have a gleam in their eyes and smile a lot, alluding that they can have fun too.

ok, well, since I have yet to be tickled by anyone.. well, anyone with that intention.. I can only go by discussions I've had with people.. I wouldn't want someone to be unusually rough or crazy merciless.. especially for my first time..
Just in talking.. and what I fantasize about, I'd say that when you are backed up against a wall or in a corner and the ler is "coming for you", if he gives you the old arched eyebrow and a wicked smile while rubbing his hands together and flexing his fingers....<shiver> oh god... and if he talked to me while he was walking toward me.. telling me what he wanted to do to me when he gets me... wow.. i think i need a cold shower now...
oh yes,, and i totally agree about the hands... rough dirty hands and nails... ewwww. no way.
