When I was younger (8-11) I wanted to tickle Alice from the Disney version of Alice in Wonderland and Penny from Inspector Gadget. I found them pretty then, so it's not hard to see why I would've tickled them (then).

Nowadays I must say there's a few anime characters, but from Manga films rather than general anime like Sailor Moon (yeesh), who seem a tad pre-pubescent. I don't know Manga too well, but there are some nice buzom leggy heroines, like Mitsurugi from Detonator Orgun. She sounds very menstrual in the dub. This is from someone in the UK where the age of consent is 16.

I don't really seperate cartoon characters i'd like to tickle (perhaps with me incarnated as Blackwell the magician from the sixties Spiderman cartoon, the Mad Hatter or Gargamel from The Smurfs) to those that are rendered to look sexy, like Daphne from Scooby Doo, Maxie from Maxies World (remember that?), Teela of He-Man fame, Spiderwoman from the old cartoon (all tits and hips), Hello Nurse from Animaniacs, possibly Linka(?) from Captain Planet (Russian, possible jailbait -I liked her then, and will go no further) and that fox from MASK, Gloria Baker. Most of the women rendered in that ubiquitous style of filmation/DIC eighties cartoons were quite hot; The woman from Centurions, the blonde dolphin girl in Visionaries. I'll have to go through them on youtube.

The black girl in Dungeons and Dragons - if she's 16 (i'm in the UK)

Comic characters that I'd run my fingers over:

I don't think I've ever seen this much lust for tickling little girls as much as I've seen it on this thread. All you guys who listed girls like Lisa Simpson and any other girl whose is UNDER 18 should be ASHAMED!
