Ancient threads like this require that I search to be sure I posted here. Surely, I did. I still stand by the choices I made six years ago:
- Rock-1 (Bionic Six)
- April O'Neal (the original TMNT cartoon series)
I'll also add Mother-1, who I also had a huge crush on.
As for stuff that I have watched since:
- Black Cat (as voiced by the gorgeous Tricia Helfer, in the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series)
- Anastasia (as voiced by Meg Ryan in the cartoon Anastasia. I had the hugest crush on Meg Ryan.)

There are a couple i wouldn't mind tickling, but since it asked for girls from cartoons i'm not sure if i can include those from places such as videogames, anime or manga...thus my selection will seem rather short, but i'll try to avoid making it too boring.
And one more thing, i know tickling underaged girls is looked down upon, but i need to be honest, i don't mind tickling certain girls if all you do is tickle them for a while, then stop...if you'd make it NSFW or way more perverted that's where i stop and back off, i'm not that much of a creeper.
