What happened to "NoProd" on DeviantArt? I loved his artwork...

He used various nicknames, but one was "NoProd".

His work: "Batgirl in Peril" seemed to have vanished along with his account.

In the artwork Joker and Harley Quinn are tickling Batgirls feet (all tied up on a sofa).

I miss his artwork... 🙁

He also used the nickname "PromoArts".

Ah, this fellow! I think he also went by the names Sir-Cer and Ceflex, yeah?
As for where he disappeared to, well... I have very, very few details about this, but I think I heard something about him scamming people who commissioned him, or something along those lines. He tried to start new profiles to get away from the allegations, but well... when you've got as distinctive and awesome a style as his, its awfully hard to hide. It's a crying shame, really; his art is quite lovely.

Rumor was he was a tracer. After taking a fuckload of commissions, he would disappear for a few months before offering up more commissions. He did this for about a year before people (including myself) were asking him why he kept taking commissions and never actually making the art. This drove him into a frenzy and he raged for a bit, and then too many people started doing it and he left the account and started up a thinly veiled alt account.

As you can read in the comments section, he did the same exact thing again on this account, and it is unknown if he has yet another one floating out there.

Mmm, I thought it was something along those lines... It really is a shame. A guy with as much talent as he has could really have made some valuable contributions to the community. :/

A lot of people thought his meltdowns were fueled by the fact he knew he wouldn't be able to do much of what people wanted drawn in "his style" because he didn't have a style, he would just trace over a lot of other material and try to get a finished piece out of it.

...you know, I somehow didn't make the connection between the word "tracer" and the act of tracing. I thought it was some slang for something else or... something.
God I'm dim sometimes... X'D

That makes some sense, though. I honestly don't see a lot of inconsistencies myself, not at first glance, but some of the poses look like I may have seen them before...
