You can still find Off to the Races and You shouldn't open your neighbor's mail over at Tickletheater.com. Just go to advanced search, Story Section, titles only, and put in 'Races' for one and 'Mail' for the other.
 
Too bad he never finished the Mail one. It was incredibly awesome.
 
I wrote a pretty long one called 'the mom next door' check out chpt one and let me know what you think. I think it lasts about 18 chptrs
