Tickle Abuse has its own sub-forum, including a section where you can ask Tommy questions. I'd go to the source and see what he has to say. 🙂

I stopped for a few reasons, most of all because they interfered with filming. But some of the girls were not comfortable and after someone was less than polite with a model, I decided it wasnt worth it to continue.
Always a few clowns that ruin it for the majority!!! Well I hope that you will reconsider this decision, as I think myself and a lot of other people would love to have a private session with your models and would be more than capable of behaving ourselves!

Tommy has spoken his position on the sessions. They are gone. Harassing him about it is not a winning idea. This thread is not going to become a point of agitation for him to alter his call.

Sorry to hear the sessions didn't work out. The fact that you ever offered sessions really was a privilege while it lasted. Thanks for making my dreams come true. I'm sure others will agree that Tommy is a stand up guy and has some of the best material the net has to offer.

????: I'm just wondering why you so desperately wanted to use a middle man for a session. There are tons of things like craig's list and model mayhem or similar services that would allow you to interact with members of the opposite gender. If a private tickle session is what you're after, a little bit of negotiation and a wad of cash go along way.
Modelling, Nude fetish or otherwise, is not considered solicitation of sex. Just be sure of a couple of things. 18 YO, consent, waiver (if you intend on selling), modelling only.

too bad there couldn't be a screening process where the girls would meet the potential candidates first to screen them (alot of mistresses do this) to make sure they would be comfortable engaging in such play with them.

Just because you are taking pictures of or videotaping your fetish doesn't make it modeling! Most people who are in Model Mayhem do modelling as a hobby on a tfp basis. That means they have other jobs and just want nice photos. Touching or being in photos or videos so that originator can jack off to them is most of the time nothing that any of the models would do!
Legally probably not. That doesn't mean that the model wouldn't get the feeling that it is exactly that though.
