What happened to tickle slaves producer?

Does anyone know if legal action was taken against the tickle slaves producer? I'm referring to the guy who tied girls down, told them it was just bondage and then tickled them? One of the vids (Jessie), she told him he was in trouble when she get out...

There was a brief news article at the time in the paper, I don't know if it was about him, but it was someone taken to court for tying up 'hookers' as the article referred to them as, and then tickling them silly. I don't know what happened to him, he disappeared, but Tickling Paradise bought the rights to the videos somehow. His outcome still isn't clear, I never saw a follow up article on it. That was some years ago.

No, it wasn't fake. A couple of the girls got together and brought him to court for the non consensual tickling, luring them in saying it was just a bondage video. (There was a website he was selling these videos at with pictures, so someone figured out how to round up some of the other victims.) Bit of a dumb guy, but he disappeared afterwards. Wish I knew what the outcome of that was.
