what I saw on vacation

1. Baseball. By buying tickets online the first hour they were on sale, I got a really good seat, sixth row behind home plate.

2. Cacti. They don't call Arizona baseball "the Cactus League" for nothing.

I saw two game before heading to Tucson to visit relatives. They won one of them, beating the Cubs, 7-3. 😀

cool pics, mils!! where is that ballfield? i was in AZ this past week for st patrick's day and i drove past a field where, i believe, the d-backs and angels were playing. somewhere between phoenix and tempe is where we were. glad you had a great vacation!!

It is in Glendale, Arizona, on Camelback Road. It's a fine little ballpark that seats about 10,000 with room for about 3,000 more to sit on the grass behind the outfield fences. 😀
