What is "casual business" dress?

Folks
I am a simple truck driver The last time I got dressed up and wore a tie was for my grandfather's funeral in 1995 Even then I wore my USAF dress blue uniform

I ask because I am unsure what to wear for my upcoming jury duty It states either "business or casual business dress" I have no clue what eitehr of them are 😕

Until a few days ago I haven't owned any slacks,tie ,or dress shirt It's not like I need them for my job 😀

If it was up to me dressing up would be outlawed I just don't see the reason for it Thanks in advance for the help

How to Dress for Jury Duty (From eHow.com)

How you are expected to dress for jury duty varies from state to state and often depends on the kind of court that summons you. Regardless of variations, respect for the court and the process should always be your guide.

1. Focus on being conservatively dressed. This would exclude items such as halter or tank tops, miniskirts, shorts, spaghetti-strap or strapless dresses, and torn T-shirts or jeans.

2. Dress comfortably. You are likely to have a long day.

3. Wear layers. Temperature in the courtroom could be warmer or cooler than you prefer, so be prepared for either eventuality.

4. Be sure to bring your eyeglasses or other items you will need during the course of the day.

5. Consider the outside weather. You may have to park a considerable distance from the courthouse and will have to walk both ways.

6. Remember to bring your jury summons with you.

Find the loudest shirt in your closet, and then try to find a pair of pants that clash with it. Try to choose pants that are lighter in color (I'll explain this later). Be sure to mis-match your socks, and a bit of plumber's crack never hurt, either. Whatever you do, don't shave or brush your teeth. Try to wear a slack-jawed expression of stupidity, but answer every question you are asked with as much rage and cursing as you can muster.

If, after all of this, it still looks as if you might get stuck serving on a jury, then go for the widow maker: Stand abruptly while you are being questioned, announce that you are Napoleon Bonaparte (or Napoleon Dynamite, if you're in that sort of mood), and then urinate in your trousers. The lighter colored pants will help people see what you've done. 😀
