I've been asking myself this same question since I was about 5 years old.
I still do not have a definative answer.
I see bare soles & especially when slowwly stroked & tickled it triggers something in me from way WAY deep down inside, from my very core.

I think it's a little different for everyone. I am not usually interested in a picture of just feet. I have to see the woman's face as well. For me it's more of a tease fetish. It's the idea that a woman might want to entice me in some kinky way, to expose my secret desires, to fascinate me and draw me to her. It's more about the way she moves. Also, everything about women is feminine. I have hands, but not a woman's hands. Tapered, elegant, supple, they gesture expressively like small, graceful birds. Woman's feet, in certain poses, have the same sweeping curves that sculpt the rest of her form. Why are high heels in demand, when they are so impractical? For most its about what you are exposed to as a child which can ultimatley determine you sexuality for the rest of your life. What turns me on about feet?

*shrugs* I just see the foot to be as beautiful as any other part of the woman's body. The same thing that turns me on about eyes, lips, hair, cleavage; is what turns me on about hands and feet.

Personally, I'm not much of an isolationist. I think every part of a woman's body is attractive (my gf tells me that I have a "girl fetish"); I just have a soft spot for feet, most probably because they are so underrated and have a mysterious air about them. What turns me on about tickling?

I too echo leeonler's sentiments. I'm more of a gentle tickler most of the time, because I enjoy the whole seducing/teasing that is involved with tickling. It's all about the reaction and feedback. I'm also a sucker for my gf's gorgeous smile and charming laugh; so when I'm not cracking jokes... I'm tickling lol.

So it may not be the tickling itself that turns me on: Tickling a teddybear, or a blow up doll would do nothing for me; its the positive reactions and feedback that I get from it.
