What is the most important quality in finding your ler?

In other words, when your considering a tickling partner do you use the same criteria as you would if you were looking for a long term relationship?

I really should have listed "trust" in the original post since I agree it's the most important thing when it comes to tickling. In retrospect I guess I considered trust to be a given but kudos to all who listed it!
