What is the name of this Anime?

I found this picture from a tickling scene from an anime that I liked and I was wondering what the name of it is, and if there was an American name for the show.

If the show is called "My-HiME" where could I find it?

My-HiME in English terms, Mai-HiME in Japanese ones, would be the name of that show, yes. SOme basic info can be found here; http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=4155

However, it would appear that, unless you are willing to find a fansub of it, that the show is not on US soil either dubbed or subbed as of yet. I remember reading an article on it somewhere that said it WAS coming to US shores, but not as of this time.
