What is the overall best tickling technique

It depends entirely on the 'lee, and their reactions.
 
Alright i'll narrow it down .... From your experiences what is the best tickling technique for each body part
 
In my experience.....

ostrich feathers for the armpits, nipples and belly.

fingers (using an extremely delicate touch) for the neck

Tongue for the feet and toes. Sometimes an electric toothbrush as well, but I've never been too happy with this one...

In my experience, the best technique is the one that gets the best response from my partner.

Seriously, there is no answer to this. Different people like different styles - one of my favorite 'lees HATES hard kneading or scratching. Another might love it. And different people are more sensitive in some places than others.

The best general approach is to pay attention to your 'lee's reactions and follow up accordingly.
 
I agree. It depends on the 'lee. I'm strictly a 'lee and different body parts react to different touches. My underarms are more responsive to the spider tickles. My sides are so ticklish that any tickling to them will make me laugh, whether it's the spider touches or the crab-grabbing (don't know the actual technical term for it...sorry) tickling. My feet are more ticklish to the spider tickles on the tops and sides. I haven't found a technique yet for the bottoms of my feet that will tickles half as much as the sides and tops or even my sides.
 
I also say it depends on the lee. Feathers do absolutely nothing to me in most places, just like an electric toothbrush. Fingers are best. 🙂
 
For me as a lee, nothing works better than light "spider tickles" with the fingertips and that's what I tend to get the best reations from as a ler. Chilled lotion on the fingertips adds to it! Tickling the neck and ears with tongue and teeth are great too -especially with a small piece of ice in the mouth
 
There isn't one! It varies from person to person, body part to body part!
 
What worked best for you when you had session with a lee?
All lees are different so it's a very subjective question to pose.
 
As A lee, hard kneading is the best on my belly, tongue on my toes, light fingers on my insoles and armpits, and I discovered, very recently, that light fingers on my thigh and butt drives me crazy. Feathers don't work on my at all. Either I really crave the physical contact or haven't found the right "tool" yet.
 
The VERY best is...

Oh My!!! My My!!! That is stellar! I love that statement you got to dig that statement, a very bold and a very I know what I want statement, way to go Lea!! Wow!!! As for me what would I say would be an overall best tickling technique that I love to incorporate in my tickling hmmm...well I have to say I really love to tickle the tummy, sides, and ribs, and the feet and soles and btw the toes and heels and along the legs and back of knees the back, shoulders, and spine and back of the neck -with either fingertips, oral b pulsar toothbrush, crest spin brush electric toothbrush, flat end of bamboo wooden skewer sticks or chopsticks if handy-that is my ultimate favorite way to tickle, that is my secret special wonderful tickle arsenal:happyhop::happyhop::happyhop::twohugs::twohugs::twohugs::twohugs: while of course ultimately if I have my way love having my lees restrained and bound either by velcro under bed restraints or silk scarves oh yeah!!! totally at my tickle mercy
 
The fingers and fingernails. At least the ones of Christina Carter or Bellarisa, are the best techniques I have ever seen.
 
I got to admit. I have never tried this before, but I think that starting out really slowly and softly works best... then increase pressure and speed, and from there gauge which one causes the most laughter then just let 'em have it from there!!!
