What is this in her mouth?

It's from the tickle japan website. I can't tell what's in her mouth and cheeks.

Hmm. To me, it looks like some sort of squishy ball-gag, held in place by (or seemingly attatched to, in the third quadrant) a clear, maybe plastic mask of some sort. Almost looks like some sort of alien device. Pretty neat find. 🙂

It looks like some kind of gag or ring that she has pierced in her mouth but it could just be an effect the camera made

It looks like a tongue ring and a camera orb.Sometimes cameras mess up and add little flashes of light or red eyes.It looks like she had a tongue ring and when the camera flashed the light bounced off her tongue ring and caused that white flash over her mouth.
