I questioned this once before...it looks to be some sort of pointed toothbrush of some sort...or a custom made device...

It does look devilishly perfect for toes, doesn't it?

I think it might be a Sonicare tooth brush without an attachment on the top of it, so you end up with this 1,000 vibrations a second tickle-agony wand.
