This is an interesting question...

For the purposes here I suppose the following definition would be suitable:

"any object or nongenital part of the body that causes a habitual erotic response or fixation."

I suppose for me to boil it down to body parts aside from the face (where all the lovely reactions culminate!), it would be a woman's hips, butt, back and neck... I don't consider the appreciation for the hips and butt unusual or fetish-like, as they are secondary sex characteristics and evolved partly for the very purpose of stimulation, as near as I can tell... But a woman's neck? That's one of the greatest things in the world -- especially if she wears her hair up to show it off, with a few dangling strands... Absolutely beautiful to me. Well a lot of people intermix general kink with fetish so I will go with my second favorite kink type of play.
