My uncle's specialty is deep-fried turkey. I know it sounds strange, but it's reaaaal good.

LMAO!! That reminds me of my first July 4th in Albany. Pete and I went to his bass player's family dinner. It was extremely hot and humid out and they had a deep fried turkey. I had never had it like that and it was awesome. The deep frying secured all the natural juices and it was so yummy. I must have had too much and between the triptophan and the heat, I fell asleep right in the middle of everything. Nice first impression, huh?
