What is your opinion about Obama

Obama is a completely under qualified, idiotic moron, if he's elected president, I'm leaving the country. The only "change" he could bring is ruin America beyond recognition
"FUBAR" I think is the "word", and Oh by the way, Bush and Cheyney didn't ruin the economy, it was just fine until the democrats took control of congress last year. He's not stopping his campaign to deal with the bailout, McCain is, Obama said "call me if you need me." And what kind of "Presidential" candidate calls the opposing VP candidate
"A pig with lipstick." I'd better shut up now.

My opinion on that is that the U.S. and Europe are friends no matter who the U.S. president may be. That friendship is in our people not in our politicians.

Yes, but we have to cooperate in political questions on the foundation of human rights. Because of the war in iraq or torturing inmates on guantanamo bay there have been a lot of differences between the U.S. government and the western european states. That's why many european people hope for a "change" and they think Obama will bring a real change from the actual political government. 😉 I'm not sure if Obama is the right man to change the most important things.

He's not stopping his campaign to deal with the bailout, McCain is, Obama said "call me if you need me."

To be fair, McCain hasn't actually done anything to deal with the bailout--lots of sitting in rooms and nodding noncomittally, apparently.

And what kind of "Presidential" candidate calls the opposing VP candidate
"A pig with lipstick."

To be fair, Obama didn't actually do that.

and to be fair, i read up above that someone naively observed obama reading teleprompters when it was observed earlier on several occasions when mccain had trouble keeping his eyes off his speech papers and also read the teleprompter

i'm not saying anything about supporting obama or being anti-mccain, but come on, guys, do your fucking research before you say stuff, i'm getting to the point where i'm just going to start insulting people without reason and posting guro all over the place to get no points across

oh wait i already do the insulting part haha

For example, Biden said that FDR went on TV in 1929 to talk to the people about the Stock Market Crash. There was no TV in 1929 and Herbert Hoover was the President. So don't even talk to me about how smart Biden is.

To be fair, a slip-up like that doesn't have anything to do with smarts; no reasonable person seriously thinks that Biden believes there was TV in 1929. That gaffe doesn't suggest that he's stupid any more than Obama's gaffe about there being 57 states suggests that he's stupid, or McCain's gaffes about Sunnis and Shias and countries that don't exist anymore suggest that he's stupid. These are just people making momentary human errors.

Biden is, of course, a loose cannon and a raging nutball, and he spent a good part of his Senate career in the pocket of evil credit card companies, but he's not stupid.

Unfortunately, based on Palin's limited television appearances, she seems very savvy and bright but vastly underinformed and rather poor at thinking on her feet. Which is too bad, 'cause based on her advance press I wanted to like her.

Palin seems like a nutjob, too. But instead of being a left-wing nutjob, she's a rightwing nutjob. Neither one of these things is good.

I want a moderate nutjob who will put fiscal responsibility and social progress ahead of all this LIBURUL VS CUNSURVATOV bullshit.

Obama brought his teleprompter to a rodeo, nuff said on that.

McCain challenged Obama to several town meeting style debates, Obama refused. So I believe that it is safe to say McCain is better on his feet than Obama.

If one assumes that's why Obama refused, then yeah, it's safe to conclude that Obama's people think that McCain's better on his feet. But there are other possible reasons they declined the debate-a-week plan, including not wanting to get locked in to a schedule that would constrain other national campaigning activity.

Also, a better way to assess whether McCain's better on his feet is to actually watch them performing, and in their head-to-head events so far--Saddleback and last week's debate--I'd say it's at best a draw.

Can he handle our country?Does he have our best interest in mind or should someone else be our next president? Is he good or evil? What do you think will happen if he is president?Give us your thoughts on this possible situation.

he is a powerful american politician, which makes him terrible. However he is infinitely better than McCain and Palin who are basically an atrocity waiting to happen.

I live in Michigan, and during primary season, he had his named removed from our primary ballot for reasons I find childish. Simply put: if a candidate isn't on our primary ballot, they shouldn't be on our state's general election ballot, either.

Most of the Democratic candidates were removed from the primary ballot, in compliance (I believe) with the national Democratic party, which was ultimately the fault of (I believe) the Michigan state Democratic party.

Which is not to say he shouldn't be left off your ballot--maybe he should (I don't know what Michigan or federal law has to say about that). The whole thing was indeed an embarrassing cl*sterf*ck. But the candidates had nothing to do with it; if the democratic nominee should be removed from the ballot I think the fault lies with the childish behavior of the Michigan state Democratic party.

Obama really looks like a fawn....

Check his very limited record..socialist communist ties..says we need change , but we don't need that kind. Blames America 1st, hates his country and the mainstream media loves him. Right in the middle of our financial troubles he helped create and benefited from. I don't know why McCain is not exposing this.

I believe Obama has the brains and the conviction and at least SOME experience in government (if I'm not mistaken he has been a senator for a few years now). Unfortunately due to Bush and Cheney ruining out economy with their policies during their DISASTROUS two terms in office, I feel Obama might have to sacrifice some of his agenda for the first year of his term.

Less than 250 days total as a senator as far as when he showed up not running for his annointed destiny. LOL!!

I love Biden..A laugh a minute.

Wwhat the hell are you talking about man? He did not call anyone a pig with lipstick, unless oyu are reading between the lines...but he didn't do it blatantly that is for sure. And why would Palin go and make a silly little remark so simlilar to his anyhow? I forgot the actually thing she said but it went along the lines of, I think, "what's the difference between a woman and a pig? *points at her mouth* Lipstick." Booiah! Ship Shop She Shang!!!!
