What kind of impact do "strong hands" have while tickling?

I did not know how to really phrase this, but does "hand strength" play a factor into tickling. If someone has stronger hands does it tickle more? I was curious if this was a thing.

Why would it? It's not like it's tickling worse if someone digs in harder.

Can't see why stronger hands would tickle more. If anything it could hinder the tickling, could hurt the lee easier or something.

The bf is a rock climber and he has ridiculous hand strength. But it doesn't translate into better tickling. So...probably not?
