I'd agree with Mondy; there is a bit of arousal in Jo's growl. Come to think of it, (and especially when Lee had her down at NHLee next to the desk) her growl has a bit of Tony the Tiger in it. 😀 Or maybe not a growl ... more like a purr, which would fit the arousal.
I personally don't have much of a laugh. I'm a control freak and do my best not to give in to sensation so I mostly just breath hard and gasp. If I get hit in a particularly bad place I think I sort of laugh for a moment but it isn't a constant laugh like what one might call traditional. I put all my ticklish reaction into thrashing. 😀
