I had seen an article about how someone took care of wealthy woman's feet with diamond boards and Emu oil. I think you could search on line and get a million different methods of taking care of your feet. I did find this on some message board that was interesting...
"Something to help dry, cracked feet/heels.
Sharing some helpful info here!! If you have dry, cracked feet or heels there is help as close as your local grocery store!! For those with Diabetes *raising hand* cracks can mean a potential loss of your feet so foot care is essential.
Rule #1
NEVER soak your feet. It takes essential oils out of the skin.
Rule #2
Don't run around bare foot!! Dirt also drys out the skin.
As for something to make those feet almost like new?
Get a medium and fine grit sandpaper and gently sand all rough areas of the foot when absolutely dry until the skin feels soft and no more skin cells are sloughing off. It will shock you how much will fluff off and sandpaper is cheaper and more effective than those fancy foot sanding paddles. THEN, coat the foot liberally with Vaseline and wrap in plastic wrap. Cover with a sock and leave them overnight. You'll be amazed at your feet in the morning!!! Be careful running around with your feet in greasy plastic lol!! (that's why I do it at night) Even if you have deep cracks, they WILL eventually be gone and you'll have feet you can actually feel when you walk on them.
